Membership Period

• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of approval, unless a lifetime membership is granted. Renewal is required annually.
• Membership becomes active only after full payment
• Members must follow the Code of Conduct at all times
• Basic first aid only will be provided at events
• Photos/videos taken at events may be used for media and promotion
• Certain benefits are subject to availability and funding
• Only active, paid members qualify for benefits
• Volunteers are not paid but gain experience and exposure

Fees

• Fees must be paid in full upon application or renewal. 
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of membership.
• Membership fees are non-refundable

Termination

• The Foundation reserves the right to terminate or refuse membership without giving reasons. 
• Members may terminate their membership by giving 30 days’ written notice.

Amendments

• The Foundation may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
• Continued membership after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
